At the heart of Kitchen 212º are Chef Mike Hamlin and his wife, Mandy—the dynamic duo behind the burners and beyond. Mike, a seasoned chef, bringing diverse flavors and experiences to his craft. When the world hit pause during COVID-19, Mike and Mandy hit play. They turned a challenging moment into an opportunity, launching Kitchen 212º to fuel their passion for food, service, and community.

But we didn’t stop there. As a mobile caterer, we believe great food shouldn’t be limited by walls or boundaries. Whether we’re rolling up in our food truck, setting up an elegant grazing table, chef display table, custom buffet, or curating a Chef’s Table menu for your special event, we bring the same energy, creativity, and precision—anywhere, anytime.
